A gray field settles a room, giving color in textiles and cabinetry space to speak. It pairs as readily with matte black as with warm walnut.

Travertine is a natural limestone deposited by mineral springs, recognizable by the small surface voids left as gases escaped the forming stone. Quarried in earth tones from ivory through walnut and silver grey, it has been a building stone since Roman construction. The voids are either filled at the factory for a smoother face or left open in tumbled and unfilled finishes for a more rustic, slip-resistant texture.
